DESCRIPTION

  • Once applied to the garment, it can be sublimated by following the steps of this technique
  • Sublicotton is a water-based coating that integrates very well into the fabric. It does not crack and has a soft feel
  • No screen printing machines are required to apply the base coat
  • Complies with Oeko-Tex Standard 100 (II), which certifies that it does not contain heavy metals such as lead, mercury or nickel

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

  • Not suitable for synthetic fibres
  • The dark cotton base coat is two-component. It must be mixed with the supplied powder agent (Ecocharge NF SumiPrint)
  • Once ready, it will last for about 6 hours
  • Apply only a thin layer of Sublicotton to the garment. This will maintain the flexibility and softness of the fabric
  • You must cure the coating. You can use a curing oven, heat press or flash dryer
  • It is recommended to run tests before production
