DESCRIPTION
- For personalisation and use as a plaque in restaurants, hospitality establishments, counters, home spaces...
- Plates with 2 gold trims, one on the inner base and another on the exterior (Ref. 000080 and 000129). Completely white plates (Ref. 041188 and 041189)
- Customisable with a vacuum membrane sublimation oven. Can also be customised with a plate press or suitable accessories for sublimation
- You can display the plate with tabletop stands or plate hangers available in Related Products

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
PLATE PRESS
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 200 ºC
- Place the printed paper on the inner base of the plate and secure it with heat-resistant tape
- Place the plate in the press and close it with medium-high pressure for 180 seconds
- Using a protective glove, remove the freshly printed plate
- Carefully remove the paper
VACUUM OVEN FOR SUBLIMATION
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the sublimation oven to 200 ºC
- Place the printed paper on the plate and secure it with heat-resistant tape
- Place the plate in the membrane and insert it into the oven to create a vacuum
- Eliminate any possible wrinkles in the paper that may have formed. To do this, apply pressure with your fingers, from the inside outwards
- Place the plate in the oven for 8 minutes
- At the end of the baking process, open the oven and remove the membrane
- Using a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated plate
- Carefully remove the paper
