DESCRIPTION
- Suitable for printing various everyday objects such as jewellery, phone or tablet cases, stress balls, keyrings, and even air fresheners or diffusers
- Their odour property allows for the development of 3D pieces suitable for the visually impaired or sensory and language development therapies with olfactory stimulation toys
- Developed with natural additives that provide intense fragrances lasting up to 2 years indoors
- Semi-rigid structure that facilitates printing with a smooth and pleasant finish to the touch
- Similar to PLA filaments in extrusion temperatures but with greater compression and tensile strength
- 100% recyclable and non-toxic material, perfect for children or pets
- High resistance to abrasion, wear, impact, and temperatures up to 80 ºC
- Compatible with 3D printers with direct or bowden extruders
- Presented vacuum-packed and wound on a transparent plastic spool or reel inside a cardboard box
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- TPU is a material prone to absorbing moisture. When this happens, the filament bubbles or "cracks" during printing
- To remove moisture, you can use any of the following strategies:
- Leave the filament in a closed room with a dehumidifier for 24 hours
- Place the filament in an oven at a temperature of 60 °C for 2 hours

STORAGE AND PRESERVATION
- Filaments tend to absorb moisture from the environment, leading to printing or finish issues. Therefore, it is important to maintain the relative humidity between 10-15%
- Moisture degrades the filament, causing clogs in the extruder and altering its physical and mechanical properties
- To keep the filament in good condition and preserve its scent for as long as possible, proper storage and drying processes are important
- The filament should be stored in airtight and preferably vacuum-sealed containers. Zip bags with silica gel beads, vacuum-sealed bags, or vacuum-sealed food containers can be used
- There are various techniques to remove moisture, including:
- Conventional methods such as drying in a domestic oven or a food dehydrator. At low temperatures and for long periods
- Professional methods such as filament dryers
- The lifespan of a filament can vary depending on several factors; hence, it is important to follow the manufacturer's recommendations regarding drying and storage parameters
