DESCRIPTION

  • Perfect for transferring images without a background. Ideal for printing highly detailed vector designs or full-colour photographs
  • Allows you to print designs by integrating the transparent adhesive of the transfer paper with the garment’s background
  • Transfer paper for customising white or light-coloured t-shirts, sweatshirts, caps, tote bags, etc. with an LED laser printer
  • Printable side is matte white. Reverse side has a watermark
  • Produces vibrant and durable prints. Lightweight and soft-touch finish
  • Easy to use: print, cut, and press. As the print has no background, precise cutting is not required

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

  • For optimal transfers, print vector images with at least 70% ink density and without gradients
  • The paper must be placed in the printer with the printable side facing up

 

TIPS AND ADVICE

  • Use the finishing sheet for a more durable and wash-resistant print. Available in Related Products

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Parameters indicated are for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

Cotton garments and vector design

  1. Cut the transfer design with scissors to remove unprinted paper
  2. Preheat the press to 180 ºC and pre-press the t-shirt for 2 sec
  3. Place the printed transfer onto the garment and cover with protective paper
  4. Press at 180 ºC for 15 sec at low pressure [0.5 bar]
  5. Increase the pressure to low-medium [3 bar] and press again for 5 sec at 180 ºC
  6. Peel hot, in a slow and diagonal motion, without removing the garment from the press
  7. Cover the design with a finishing sheet and protective paper
  8. Press again at high pressure [5 bar] for 30 sec to fix the design*

Cotton garments and photographic design

  1. Cut the transfer design with scissors to remove unprinted paper
  2. Preheat the press to 180 ºC
  3. Pre-press the garment for 2 sec at 180 ºC with high pressure [5 bar]
  4. Place the printed transfer onto the garment and cover with a finishing sheet and protective paper
  5. Press at high pressure [5 bar] at 180 ºC for 30 sec
  6. Peel hot, in a slow and diagonal motion, without removing the garment from the press

Polyester garments and vector design

  1. Cut the transfer design with scissors to remove unprinted paper
  2. Place the printed transfer onto the garment and cover with protective paper
  3. Press at medium-high pressure [4 bar] for 15 sec at 150 ºC
  4. Peel hot, in a slow and diagonal motion, without removing the garment from the press
  5. Cover the design with a finishing sheet and protective paper
  6. Press again at high pressure [5 bar] for 20 sec to fix the design*

Polyester garments and photographic design

  1. Cut the transfer design with scissors to remove unprinted paper
  2. Place the printed transfer onto the garment and cover with protective paper
  3. Press at high pressure [5 bar] for 30 sec at 150 ºC
  4. Peel hot, in a slow and diagonal motion, without removing the garment from the press

*It is advisable to carry out this step to make the print more resistant to washing

 

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS

  • Wash the garment at a maximum temperature of 40 °C
  • Do not use fabric softener or liquid detergent
  • Air dry
  • Cover the design with protective paper when ironing the garment
