RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters indicated with as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design at mode mirror
- Preheat the press to 180 °C
- Completely removes the film of clear plastic film protecting the sublimatable surface of the magnet
- Place the magnet on the base of the press and the printed part of the paper on the magnet. Fix them with thermal adhesive tape
- Close the press with medium pressure for 60 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the magnet Remove the freshly applied printed
- Carefully peel off the paper
- Remove the adhesive sticker from the magnetic holders and stick it on the back of the magnet
