<li>Préchauffez la presse à <span class="azul-negrita">200 °C</span></li>
<li>Placez le panneau sur la plaque et le motif imprimé sur le panneau. Fixer à l'aide d'un ruban adhésif</li>
<li>Fermer le presse en exerçant une <strong>pression moyenne</strong> pendant <span class="azul-negrita">90 secondes</span></li>
<li>À l'aide d'un gant de protection, retirez le panneau fraîchement sublimé</li>
<li>Retirez délicatement le papier</li>
