Rayon flock heat transfer vinyl in neon and white. The white vinyl has a blockout interlayer to prevent the colour of the fabric from "sublimating" and contaminating the colour of the vinyl.

TUBITHERM neon-coloured vinyls are a PA (polyamide) film for textile transfer. The white blockout vinyl is a viscose film offering high opacity and sublimation resistance.
Excellent weeding and cutting. The material will not tear if the vinyl is quickly weeded
The liner is a self-adhesivePET (polyester) film that acts as a carrier
The 10-metre rolls have a Ø7.5 cm cardboard core
The raw materials are ecologically inert, do not contain PVC, plasticizers or heavy metals and are certified in accordance with Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Class I
When used under normal conditions, this product does not generate or release any dangerous substances or hazardous chemicals. This is a non-hazardous product in accordance with the current GefStoffV and EU criteria. Therefore it is not necessary to prepare a Material Safety Data Sheet for this product. The Safety Data Sheet serves only to comply with the regulation to supply information in accordance with REACH Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 and is available on request. This is not a hazardous product with regards to transportation legislation; neither does it contain substances that are hazardous to water within the meaning of the federal water act. After use, dispose of the waste product in accordance with the local / national authorities.

<p><strong>APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS<br></strong></p>

<li>Cut your design in <strong>mirror image</strong> with a cutter plotter</li>
<li>Weed out your vinyl excess</li>
<li>Preheat the press to <span class="azul-negrita">160ºC</span></li>
<li>Place the garment on the press and pre-press for <span class="azul-negrita">4-5 seconds</span> to remove wrinkles and moisture from the fabric</li>
<li>Position the vinyl over the garment and cover with protective paper</li>
<li>Press for <span class="azul-negrita">15 seconds</span>, medium pressure</li>
<li><strong>Warm peel</strong> the liner</li>
</ul>
