<p><strong>DESCRIPTION</strong></p>
<p>Ultimate Print Nylon 4035 is a <strong>heat sealing adhesive</strong> <strong>PU (polyurethane) film</strong> (opaque white, <span class="azul-negrita">100 µ</span>) for textile transfer.</p>
<ul>
<li>Suitable for stretch, softshell or hydrophobic fabrics, i.e. highly water-repellent</li>
<li>Special hotmelt coating. The adhesive melts and moulds to the fabric. Once cold, the vinyl recovers its rigidity and remains attached to the garment</li>
<li>Elastic and high opacity properties with a pleasant soft touch</li>
<li>The <strong>liner</strong> is a <span class="azul-negrita">100 µ</span> non-adhesive <strong>PET (polyester) film</strong></li>
<li>The raw materials are ecologically inert, do not contain PVC, plasticizers or heavy metals (in accordance with <strong>OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class I</strong>)</li>

<p><strong>APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS<br></strong></p>

<li>Print the design in <strong>direct mode</strong></li>
<li>Cut it with a plotter</li>
<li>Weed out your excess vinyl</li>
<li>Adhere the Poli-Tack 853 or 854 application tape with the help of a scraper</li>
<li>Preheat the press to <span class="azul-negrita">150ºC</span></li>
<li>Place the garment on the press and pre-iron for <span class="azul-negrita">4-5 seconds</span> to remove wrinkles and moisture from the fabric</li>
<li>Position the vinyl on the garment</li>
<li>Press for <span class="azul-negrita">4 seconds</span>, medium pressure</li>
<li><strong>Hot peel</strong> the transfer tape</li>
<li>Remove the liner when <strong>lukewarm</strong></li>
<li>Press again for <span class="azul-negrita">10- 15 seconds</span>, medium pressure</li>
