RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters are given as a guide only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mode mirror
• Preheat the press to 200 ºC
• Insert into the makeup bag several sheets of paper or cardboard. This will prevent the ink transfer from one side to the other side of the makeup bag.
• Cover the non-printable parts of the makeup bag with protective paper to prevent smudging or heat damage. However, as far as possible, we recommend that the hooks are left out of the press and that the carrying handle be removed during the dye sublimation printing
• Place the makeup bag on the base of the press and the printed part of the paper on the face of the makeup bag to be sublimated
• Close the press with medium-high pressure for 35-40 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the makeup bag from the freshly sublimated
• Carefully peel off the paper
• If you want to sublimate the other side, wait until the makeup bag has cooled down and repeat all the steps.
