Recommended instructions and parameters for sublimation printing
- Print the design in mirror image.
- Preheat the press to 200ºC.
- Remove the drawstrings from the bag before placing it on the heat transfer press. Protect the rings with heat resistant tape.
- Insert two sheets of paper, or a cardboard sheet, inside the bag. This will prevent the two sides from fusing and/or transferring the ink from one to the other.
- Place the drawstring bag on the press' lower plate and the paper's printed side against it.
- Close the press at heavy pressure for 25-30 seconds.
- Using a protective glove, remove the newly printed bag.
- Remove the paper carefully.
Machine washing information for these fabrics
- Separate 100% polyester garments from the others.
- Sort them by colour.
- Stains must first be treated with a stain remover.
- Select the warm or cold water program, never hot.
- Never use a laundry detergent with bleach.
- It is recommended to air dry the garments instead of using a dryer.
- Iron the fabric at medium temperature.
Hand washing information for these fabrics
- Separate 100% polyester garments from the others.
- Sort them by colour.
- Do not use a laundry detergent with bleach.
- Stains must first be treated with a stain remover.
- Use warm or cold water to clean this kind of garments.
- It is recommended to air dry the garments instead of using a dryer.
- Iron the fabric at medium temperature.
