THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- The sublimatable part of the pocket front is not removable
- It is recommended to use a Nomex pad so that the surface does not sink in during printable surface does not sag during ironing dye sublimation printing and to achieve an even ironing
- It is recommended to cover the zip fastening with heat adhesive tape to protect it during ironing dye sublimation printing

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Prepare the front side before sublimation. Place heat adhesive tape on the non-sublimatable parts of the front side, for example the zip fastening
- Print the design in mode mirror
- Preheat the press to 200 ºC
- Place the Nomex pad on top of the press y protective paper on the pad so that it does not stain.
- Fullyopen the front compartment zip fastening and place the sublimatable surface on the Nomex pad
- Place the printed portion of the paper onto the sublimatable surface and fix it with heat tape
- Place protective paper
- Close the press at medium pressure for 40-45 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the newly sublimated backpack the freshly sublimated
- Carefully peel off the paper
