The cardboard of this blister is coated on one side with a transparent film that can be sublimated. When exposed to temperatures above 150 °C, this film has a tendency to yellow. To reduce yellowing we recommend:

Make a printing full print. Hide the background colour with the design
Use sublimation paper with a grammage100-105 g/m2 for best results
The measurements of the maximum size of the mug should be taken as follows: width (diameter base + handle) x height x base (diameter)
RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters indicated with as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
Print the design in mode mirror
Preheat the press to 160 °C
Pre-press the blister pack upside down for 10 seconds to remove the humidity from the cardboard
Place the blister pack in the press with the shiny side up and the printed side of the blister on the shiny side of the blister. Paper on the shiny side of the blister. Secure with heat-sensitive tape
Close the press with medium pressure for 80 seconds
