RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mode mirror
- Preheat the press to 180-190 °C
- Place protective paper inside the bag to prevent the inner lining from sticking due to heat
- Place the bag in the press and the printed part of the paper on the bag. Fix it with thermal adhesive tape
- Cover with protective paper
- Close the press with medium-high pressure for 50-60 seconds.
- With the help of a protective glove remove the freshly sublimed bag
- Carefully peel off the paper
