DESCRIPTION

  • Designed to prepare tea, chamomile, lime blossom or any aromatic herb
  • Cylindrical body and lid threaded with details chrome-plated
  • Suitable for food consumption
  • With double wall from glass which functions as a insulating thermal. Keeps the hot liquid or cold for a long time
  • Filter with handle easy to remove. Includes side hooks to fix it by pressing it inside the filter
  • Customisable with sublimation oven using mug wraps, heat shrink bags o silicone sheets
  • Can also be customised with press for mugs using a resistor of 6-9 oz and a silicone sheet that wraps around the thermos flask. This will increase its diameter enough to match the resistance

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters are given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

WITH CUP PLATE

  • Print on design in mode mirror
  • Pre-heats the thermos flask to avoid sudden changes in temperature which could break the glass
  • Preheat the press to 180 °C
  • Remove the lid and the filter from the thermos flask
  • Place the printed design around the thermos flask and fix it with adhesive heat tape
  • Place a silicone sheet around the thermos flask and adjust the resistance of 6-9 oz
  • Close the press with medium pressure for 35 seconds
  • With the help of a protective glove remove the thermos flask just sublimated
  • Carefully peel off the paper
  • It is not advisable to use water to cool the thermos flask after sublimation

WITH A SUBLIMATION OVEN

  • Print the design in mode mirror
  • Remove the lid and the filter from the thermos flask
  • Pre-heat the thermos flask to avoid sudden changes in temperature that could break the glass
  • Heat the oven to 180-200 ºC
  • Place the printed paper around the thermos flask and fix it with adhesive heat tape
  • Position and tighten the clamp or insert the thermos flask into a heat shrink bag and peel it off with the heat gun. You can also use a silicone sheet
  • Place the thermos flask in the oven for 8-12 minutes
  • With the help of a protective glove, remove the thermos flask from the oven printed
  • Carefully peel off the paper
  • It is not advisable to use water to cool the thermos flask after sublimation
