More information about the plastic kids water bottle and insert for sublimation

  • Perfect for carrying drinks to nursery, school, outings or the park.
  • Also suitable for baby food or cream thanks to its wide mouth.
  • BEP-FREE certified, food grade.
  • Cylindrical shaped container, lid with side button and adjustable strap.
  • Screwcap to prevent liquid spillage.
  • Safety lock lid and automatic push-button opening system. By pressing the button on the side of the lid, the cap pops open, and the nozzle is exposed, ready for use.
  • Long strap for shoulder carrying. It is extensible and is attached to the bottle on both sides.
  • The strap and lid can be easily removed from the body of the bottle for cleaning and personalisation.
  • You can also personalise it with other techniques such as self-adhesive vinyl, transfer or screen printing.

JIG (REF. 032441)

  • Strong metal in a cylinder shape.
  • Especially suitable to avoid heat deformation of the bottle during the printing process.
  • Easy to use. It is placed before inserting the bottle in the press or oven for sublimation and is removed when hot.
  • Reusable and long-lasting.
  • It can be used for plastic products such as cups, bottles, vases or plastic mugs.

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

  • Remove the lid and extendable strap before sublimating.
  • It is recommended to place the bottle horizontally to sublimate it in the oven. This prevents the base and mouth from melting when in contact with the oven.
