THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

Before sublimating, it must be taken into account that the colour of the T-shirts in red, fuchsia, blue and green will be mixed with those of the image that you want to print changing its tonality. It is recommended to use a dark design to minimise this effect
In the case of the t-shirt black T-shirt, it is recommended to personalise with an alternative technique to the dye sublimation printing

TIPS AND TRICKS

Sometimes the sublimation paper is marked on the t-shirt during ironing, the foam anti marking creates a cushioning layer cushioning and helps to reduce these marks. You will find it in Related Products
To avoid ghosting or ghosthing caused by slight displacements of the iron during ironing, the paper during ironing heat transferuse the temporary spray adhesive which you will find at Related Products

Wash at a maximum temperature 30 ºC
Air dry
Do not iron
Do not bleach

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

Print on design in mode mirror
Preheat the press to 200 °C
Use a lint remover brush to clean the t-shirt to remove any impurities or dust that may cause stains
Place protective paper inside the t-shirt so that the design does not sublimate on the back
Place the t-shirt on the lower platen of the press and the printed part of the paper on the t-shirt
Close the press at medium pressure for 40-50 seconds
With the help of a protective glove, remove the newly printed t-shirt printed part of the envelope
Carefully peel off the paper
